It finally occured to me - it's a lightroom preset. Enjoyed ll your wonder photography.

Vickie, I used a Matt K's preset - http://www.lightroomkillertips.com/2007/monday-presets-vintage-new-york-look/ Note: I applied the preset after enhancing image with Scott Kelby's 7PS between LR and PS and I also applied the Orton Effect prior to applying Matt's Effect
