She was in the studio and lights were set up but the sun light was perfect. So, I used an old Nikon 58mm F1.2 Noct. which is bad ass.

The triangular composition with the angles of the back and intertwining of the legs and arms works well to draw the eye to the head.
I think the smooth highlights to the head then lead t to the contrast of the white and brown of the eyes.
The color of the hair blends into the skin tones which are just far enough away from the background to make the model stand out in the image.
The overall pallet give it a nice warm mood.
