The roof of a destroyed house on the shore of Lake Ponchatrain amidst a huge debris field from other houses completely torn apart. And, this particular field had NO houses prior to Katrina. All this was washed here by the water.

It never ceases to amaze me the power of water and wind. It breaks my heart to see such destruction, but the power of the human spirit always shines through. Great capture. :)
