John, I am very impressed about the richness of detail you can recover from that kind of source. The colors are discreet and well selected. This Picture is absolutely amazing and it seems that she could immediate stand up and start to sing. Kay Gaensler

Thank-you one and all for these kind and wonderful words; I'm almost tearing-up (right here at work; oh no)! There is one curious thing that is going on with this image; please someone make some input as to why the colors look OK to me on my PC at home where I did this, but have a somewhat yellow cast as I view it on this MAC here at work. Much thanks to everyone! John Steele

You do the most wonderful restorations. Congratulations on this one. I'm viewing it on a MAC and don't notice a yellow color cast. Hmm. Maybe your monitor needs to be calibrated?

John, I just joined NAPP a few days ago. I am in awe of your restoration work. Your work is the best I have seen. I have taken several on-line Photoshop courses and played around in Photoshop for about three years. I haven't learned the skill to restore photos and colorize them anywhere near your skill level. Could you point me to some training that would help me learn these skills? My email is suzanne612@gmail.com. Thanks so much. Suzanne
