"rubbed" hahah, it is the effect of the motion when you slowing down the shutter speed of the camera, what U need here is tripod to prevent the camera jerk, so everything is freeze but the moving bodies, I use here 13sec @ f 20, ISO100 plus I did use the burn tool to manipulate the over exposed areas and heal the shadow. If you coming to the next event prepare UR self to be RUBBED too
